Sanplast LLC – Precision Manufacturing / Inecobank CJSC

SANPLAST LLC is a modern Armenian manufacturer specializing in metal structures, plastic and rubber components, and silicone-based products. Established in 2012 in Yerevan, the company produces metal and plastic profiles for windows and stretch ceilings, decorative components, silicone molds, rubber parts, souvenirs, and precision-machined items for a variety of industrial applications.

To further expand its capabilities and meet growing demand, the company implemented two investment projects with the support of the EU4Business-EBRD SME Competitiveness Credit Line, receiving the financing through Inecobank CJSC.

The first investment, completed in August 2023, focused on upgrading SANPLAST’s metal-working capabilities with a suite of high-performance CNC equipment, including:

  • CNC milling machines (CX-850, CX-640, CX-350)
  • CNC lathe/milling machine (CX-540)
  • Tool grinder MR-6025
  • Belt sharpener ADV-116

These machines significantly enhanced the company’s machining accuracy, production speed, and processing quality — enabling SANPLAST to meet more complex customer orders and reduce reliance on manual operations.

Through both investments and the 10% EU investment incentive, SANPLAST achieved measurable improvements across operations:

  • Higher product quality thanks to advanced CNC machining precision and stable extrusion processes.
  • Improved manufacturing efficiency, reducing production time and enabling faster order delivery.
  • Significantly expanded production capacity in both metal processing and PVC profile manufacturing.
  • Greater market competitiveness, supported by the ability to offer new product types and meet more demanding technical specifications.

These improvements are already contributing to stronger commercial performance and better positioning in Armenia’s industrial manufacturing sector.
